Tourism & Leisure Development International, LLC (TLDI) is a beachfront resort development firm which provides project management, turn-key construction, and development management services to selected hospitality projects in the Caribbean and other international destinations. TLDI was founded in 2011 by Francisco P. Fuentes, a development and construction executive with over 30 years of experience in large international building projects. Having worked with construction companies, engineering firms, hotel operators and investment funds in Europe, Latin America and the US, Francisco has a deep understanding of the construction industry across various cultures and a firm grasp on the requirements of the hospitality sector.

Today, the firm’s in-house expertise extends into project feasibility analysis (both technical and financial), master planning, surveying, A&E design, entitlements, construction, and asset management.
