The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort & Residences will be the first St. Regis hotel in the Dominican Republic, setting a new luxury standard for the country. Scheduled to open in 2024, the resort will be located within the private gated community of Cap Cana and will feature 200 guestrooms and suites, as well as 70 residences surrounding a private beach. The resort will also feature a world-class golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

TLDI was retained by the Developer – Campagna Ricart & Asociados – to provide construction management services starting during the preconstruction phase all the way through turnover to Marriott. In addition to conventional construction management scope, TLDI is also providing design management, coordination with Marriott, and FF&E / OS&E procurement.

The project includes the following main components:

• New construction of 90,000 built square meters comprising 52,000 square meters of resort and 38,000 square meters of residences
• Amenities and services including the Iridium Spa, a Ballroom, a Fitness Center, Restaurants, the St. Regis Bar / Cigar Club among others
• Private residences with beachfront views of the Caribbean Sea and the Punta Espada Golf Course, including a 2,000 square meters circular penthouse
• Separate Back of the House MEP utility plants and distribution systems for resort and the residences
