Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Dominican Republic

Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa was a newbuild 457 room all-inclusive luxury oceanfront resort for AM Resorts / Apple Leisure Group. Construction on the resort, located in the exclusive gated Cap Cana community, was successfully completed in November 2016.

TLDI was retained to provide comprehensive construction management services on behalf of the owner/operator. We delivered the following scope:

  • 457 guest rooms (with swim-up rooms in every building)
  • Preferred section with a dedicated arrival,bungalows, and additional amenities
  • Open-air, palapa style lobby and arrival area
  • 7 restaurants plus a coffee shop, lobby bar, and four additional remote bars
  • Spa facility with indoor and outdoor treatment areas including hydrotherapy
  • 2 pools
  • Fitness center
  • Movie theater
  • Disco
  • Approximately 900 square meters of meeting/convention space
  • All requisite back of the house facilities and infrastructure
