Four Seasons Resort & Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is a newbuild project involving the construction of a luxury oceanfront resort to be branded and operated by Four Seasons. The project is a low-rise, architecturally unique endeavor with a strong focus on minimalist design that will be complementary to the existing site. The property, owned by Cisneros Real Estate, is located in Miches, Dominican Republic.

The resort includes approximately 34,000 square meters of developed space, with 95 hotel rooms as well as 25 branded residences. Onsite amenities will include pools and spa, as well as nature trails and other eco-features.

Working for Americaribe (Bouygues), TLDI is providing construction management services for the project. We are managing earthworks (clearing, grading, and dynamic compaction), construction of a 10+ kilometer entrance roadway, and construction of a total of 47 buildings (including 38 accommodation units, as well as 9 back of the house buildings located in a utility compound).

Construction started in Q3 2023 and the resort is expected to open in early 2026.
