Francisco started his career in 1991 with the International Building Division of the French group Bouygues Construction, a world leader with sales over $13 billion. During his 11 years with the company, his passion and talents helped him rise quickly through the ranks.
As the Development Manager for Cuba (1999-2002), he was responsible for securing turnkey design/build contracts for several hospitality developments, including a number of all-inclusive four and five-star beach resorts totaling over 3,000 guest rooms. Francisco’s responsibilities included client liaison, feasibility analysis, conceptual and schematic design, proposals and contract negotiations, construction documents and work planning and scheduling.
Prior experience with Bouygues encompassed site engineering, in-house design engineering, cost estimating and scheduling, and construction supervision in a variety of countries including France, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean basin.
With each new challenge Francisco has risen to show an extraordinary aptitude for learning, an impressive and consistent work ethic, and a professional confidence that betrays his age. Above all, Francisco somehow manages to earn the respect and trust of virtually every client he has worked with.
